Teedeny accepts returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and the issue is caused by our error such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.

Non Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

within the return window. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue so we can assist you efficiently.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Teedeny. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns not caused by our mistake.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

Design Changes After Ordering

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
