Custom Designs and Copyright Compliance
Teedeny allows customers to request personalized or adjusted designs, including changes to text or visual elements. However, any customization that violates third party intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
If a submitted design or customization request is found to infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other protected rights of a third party, the design will be removed, the order will not be produced, and the payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method. Teedeny reserves the right to decline or cancel such orders without prior production.

Counter Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Teedeny was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.
Your counter notice must include:

- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the United States and will accept service of process from the original complainant
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringement Policy
Teedeny reserves the right to terminate access or remove content from users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable law.
Good Faith and Abuse
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive copyright claims or counter notifications may result in account restrictions, content removal, or other actions as permitted by law.
